Emmy the Great & Tim Wheeler : This Is Christmas
Emma and Tim here. We’ve made a Christmas album and we want you to be a part of it!
It all started last Christmas when we got snowed in, and we’ve spent large parts of this year working on it, which means we’re now really, really in the holiday spirit. We will be bringing this seasonal cheer to you, bells, elves, presents, zombies…so make sure you keep in touch. It’s going to be a very Christmasssy Christmas – like a Christmas lunch that never ends, where you don’t get sick and nobody cries. Amazing.

Born in Paris, SheeHad started firstly as a ragga singer at the beginning of the 90’s.

Lips : Ghosts and Demons
Dig the voice of this girl who goes by the name of Lips (né Steph Brown). The Auckland, NZ raised- Harlem transplant – is looking to make an indie name for herself, I’m thinking perhaps Lips may have hibernated in her bedroom studio for a minute and figured out how to properly utilize (and arrange) her delicate vocals which pair smoothly alongside her Casio keyboard, strings and lightly synth beats. Goodbye sweet -pop … helloooo goth-pop? “Ghosts and Demons” finds the singer showcasing her edgier side of music with harder beats & darker lyrics. But the transition to the other side doesn’t seem at all forced. It appears that Lips has been spending time honing her craft
